  "Brandy and Kelly have managed my property for over four years. I have nothing but absolute praise. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate everything they do. They are extremely responsive and go above and beyond’. One small example, my daughter accidentally shipped a camera to that address. She was devastated because she wanted it for vacation. Brandy helped retrieve it and it got sent fedex overnight. We live 4 hours from our property and I always knew it was well taken care of and very clean. Brandy truly cares about owners and guests. She fought to make sure the grounds were clean, the communication was clear and the pool remained open as advertised. She treated my property as if she owned it. Their advertising and booking resulted in great revenue for us. I’d use her company to manage any property in a heartbeat."

  "We love having VRS manage our condo. We connected 3 years ago when we bought in Sienna Hills and have been very happy with their service. Brandy is always positive and helpful, and always returns my calls and requests. I feel that we get a lot more rentals than if I was managing by myself. The cleaning staff does a great job and is very thorough. We don't live in St George and Brandy is very good at keeping us informed about the HOA and things that affect our place. We have referred Brandy and VRS to friends and look forward to many more years with them."
